Dulcis in fundo semifreddo con skyr, frutti di bosco e semi di girasole e semifreddo cioccolato, pere e zenzero. Se siete alla ricerca di un posto intimo e particolare ma allo stesso tempo semplice e conviviale non potete che prenotare un tavolo, non ne rimarrete delusi.

Sono vegana ed &egrave; la prima volta che a Parma ho potuto assaggiare un tris di tortelli, molto buono. Non saprei dove trovarne altrove! Buoni anche i dolci e i vini disponibili oltre al pane del coperto. Anche il mio compagno, non vegano, ha apprezzato. Sicuramente lo sconto al 50% &egrave; stata un&#39;ottima occasione per provare la loro cucina.

Piccolo localino, estrema e amorevole attenzione alla qualit&agrave; del cibo. Chef competente e disponibile a modificare alcune preparazioni per eventuali intolleranze (con un sorriso, non guasta mai!). Cameriera gentile, paziente &egrave; molto in gamba. I piatti molto molto buoni. Ci ritornerei&hellip;anzi, ci ritorner&ograve;!
